Terms and Conditions Detail
Skawa Fight Wear
1.1 Agreement: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Skawa Fight Wear (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.
1.2 Service Description: We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and selling custom-made Jiu-Jitsu apparel, including but not limited to gis, boxing gloves,rash guards, shorts,belts and MMA Gear.
Custom Orders: Each order is uniquely produced based on customer specifications, including design, color, size, and material.
Customers must submit their designs in specified formats (e.g., AI, PSD, PDF) through our website or via email.
2.3.1 Initial Review: We will review the submitted design and provide feedback or request modifications if necessary.
2.3.2 Final Approval: A digital proof will be sent for final approval. Production will only commence once written approval is received via text email or when the deposit will be received.
Post-approval changes are not permitted. Ensure all details are correct before final approval.
Customers retain ownership of their designs, but we reserve the right to use these designs for marketing purposes for manufacturing.
3.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone. Ensure all details, including customization specifications, are accurately provided.
3.2 Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email, including an invoice and summary, will be sent upon receipt of the order.
3.3 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Some products may have an MOQ. Details will be provided on our website or upon inquiry.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers, Zelle, Details will be provided during the checkout process.
4.2.1 Deposits: A deposit of 50-100% is required to confirm the order.
4.2.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid when order is ready and before shipment.
4.3.1 Pricing: Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
4.3.2 Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Production time varies based on the order’s complexity and size. Estimated production times will be provided during the order process.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. An estimated delivery date will be provided once the order is shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or will be provided when quote request arrives and are the customer’s responsibility. We offer various shipping options.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6.2.1 Notification: Notify us within 2 days of receipt if you receive a defective product.
6.2.2 Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.
Contact customer service for return instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We offer a 15-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All trademarks, logos, and designs used on our products are the property of their respective owners.
8.2.1 Warranty: Customers warrant that they have the right to use any designs submitted for customization.
8.2.2 Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of submitted designs.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website terms and conditions.
Customers will be notified of significant changes to these Terms via website notification or updates customers can check terms and conditions before placing an order.

We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Skawa Fight Wear regarding the use of our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
